In his last assignment he was heading HR for a Business Unit (4000+ employees across 10 global locations) in BPS service line of a large Global IT Company. He has extensive hands-on experience in strategizing and executing Organization Development initiatives. His special interest areas are People Analytics and Process Improvement initiatives using Six Sigma and other Quality Management tools. He is an MBA from Utkal University in India.

HISTORY

Over the last two decades our consultants have developed capabilities by providing learning and assessment solutions to various corporate and B-Schools in Asia, Europe and North America as well as Africa. We provide solutions that are tuned to the requirements of the clients. Towards this we go to the extent of building solutions from scratch. Several of our solutions provided till date have been documented and provided as resources on this site.

Going back in history the first recognition for our efforts came from McKinsey & Co. when they shortlisted us from amongst 5000+ teams that participated in India Venture 2000. Since then we have provided our solutions to large and small organizations, start-up and operationally stable as well as MNCs and Indian companies in the IT, Telecom, Education, Aviation, Retail, Power Utilities and BPO industries. Our solutions have been used by our clients for hiring, learning (including leadership and managerial skill development) and in moving people across roles horizontally and vertically.
