Chief Operating Officer (COO) Niroj is the Chief Operating Officer and is responsible for the design and delivery of our products and programs. Niroj has over 20 years of industry experience in managing HR in IT & ITES and Manufacturing industries.

Niroj has over 20 years of industry experience in managing HR in IT & ITES and Manufacturing industries. In his last assignment, he was heading HR for a Business Unit (4000+ employees across 10 global locations) in the BPS service line of a large Global IT Company. He has extensive hands-on experience in strategizing and executing Organization Development initiatives. His special interest areas are People Analytics and Process Improvement initiatives using Six Sigma and other Quality Management tools. He is an MBA from Utkal University in India.
