Dean, Xavier School of HRM, Xavier University, India Snigdha Pattnaik has done extensive work in human resource management and behavioral science.
Apart from teaching she conducts Personal Growth Laboratories and provides strategic business solutions to clients across diverse sectors. A Post graduate from XLRI, India and a doctorate from Utkal University, India, she was awarded the prestigious AARYA AWARD in 2016 recognition of her contribution and achievement in the field of education.
